Shipping Info

Aleena Swim wants you to have an amazing shipping experience!! Please contact with any concerns you may have.

Your billing and shipping address must match. If the address does not match, you will be asked to verify for your order to be complete. ALL FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS WILL BE CANCELLED. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and updated before your package has been shipped. If you notice an error in your address, please contact with 24 hours of your order. 

 

Shipping Method & Time

We ship Tuesday- Saturday via USPS, DHL, or UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. We do not ship on federal holidays. Most orders will be shipped with 5 to 7 days. 

 

If for any reason your package is delayed, Aleena Swim is not liable. 

If you need a rush order, please contact via email first to guarantee rush order. If you rush order before emailing, your order may not be rushed. 

International Orders

We ship international orders Wednesday to Saturday. We do not ship on US hoildays.
